Just wondering if a venue has been decided for this event?
Also read on EBSA site that entries for Euro U19s to be in for 4th February so this will be the last event for players to qualify.

Have just noticed that Under 19's and MT Semi's and final would clash on the 1st Feb.
Ants McGill may be playing in both?
So will need to sort out when I get home from college tonight.
Need to go!

Stevie don't worry about it, I'm not playing in the next U19s anyway, not to worry.

A lot of U19 players have already committed to playing in the National U21 Series being run by Mike Leslie and sponsored by Mpact Building Services. Could the venue of the U19 Event 3 just not be changed on the Saturday, instead of moving it to the Sunday and causing this major clash?????

Or alternatively, seeing as there is no Masters or Ladies in the Semis of Main tour events 3 (as yet, matches 17-32 may change that), and there is a U19 in the semis (me), why not move the Masters and Ladies event back one day? Then you would not cause the major clash with the National U21 series. Seems the best way!

Infact I will be playing in the U19s to make sure I can get Number 1 in the U19s for the Euros.

Whatever you decide to do - you may or may not be pleased to note that we have returned the U19 event to it's original Saturday slot - Just need to confirm a venue now.
Will sort out later today.

Just to say a 'Big Well Done' to young Michael Leslie on Saturday capturing yet another National Event.
I was very fortunate to referee this final and can only describe his performance as remarkable.
It could probably go down as the quickest final in history and to be fair to Eden, he simply had only one opportunity in the whole match, in which Michael dominated from start to finish.
Well done again young man, and Eden ........keep your chin up big man.
Your turn will come around again.:)

Stevie B.
Spoke to young Daniel Caplan and Richard Harris yesterday at the under 21 event.
Although they lost their matches in the last under 19 event through a n/s
( no show ) they eventually turned up late.
They were asking if they are entitled to their ranking points on the basis that they did turn up.
Told them I would ask you. ?????

They were listed as no shows.
As they were not on time to play their matches, they are deemed to have not taken part.
Therefore, no points can be awarded.
Unfortunate, but fair to all.
