As we near "The Business End" of the season in the U16's, the big question is "Who will win the 2 promotion places to next seasons Top 64 Division"?
With only Ross Higgins & Shaun McDermott already on the "Top 64" list (and looking like staying there! - Well done lads).
Michael Leslie & Michael Polley look like favourites at this stage, but it may well turn into a bit of a dog fight to see who picks up the 2 promotion spots.
The 2 names who qualify will be offered their place on next seasons "Top 64", should they decline, then the positions will be passed down the line to the next highest ranked player.

why is scottish snooker not on good terms with a newspaper(S)
if we were to offer a advanced write up before the tournament to let people know there is a tournament on and a full detailed write up about the tournament with results and pictures then we could get SSL some recognision???
after a conversation today with mike leslie he advised me that he and several volenteers (as is the case with SSL) each work together and write article for all of their junior events and publisize the tour (the way should be the case with SSL)
So is there anything stopping us from doing this??
(i cant spell but a dont care)

We aint on bad terms with any newspaper mate. It has been the case on most occassions when we send them anything that they choose to ignore it.
Anyways Mike Leslie Senior is coming on Board with Scottish Snooker next year, so hopefully Mike can utilise his contacts and expertise in this field for the good of all within Scottish Snooker.
So we are strengthening the team at SSL year on year.
