In case anyone is wondering why Mark Boyle, Callum Niven & Sean Boxall all have "unusual" points allocated to them for Event 7 on the Ranking lists.
The reason for this is because the 3 of them are at the IBSF Grand Prix in Wales at the moment. The lads are on International duty representing Scotland during Event 7, therefore they will receive their average points for the season for this event.
Simple as that.

this aint about the average points debate stevie, i noticed on the ranking list before the last tourney (i think) that there was 5 people with points for quarter finals when obviously there can only be 4 people that get points for this round. i am not sure who the person was that should not have gotten them but on the lists in the masters there was 4 people on the first page and 1 on the second sheet, so if you could maybe have a look at this it would be appreciated

Thanks for the note mate, but Wullie O'Donnell had already pointed this out to me over a week ago. I checked back through the actual Tournament draw sheet and found that Stuart Murray was the player who had the extra points. If you check the Rankings on the site, you will see that this was corrected last week.
Thanks to both Wullie and yourself for the eagle eyes. With the amount of input that goes into the Ranking System for hundreds of players, it's easy to make a genuine mistake. Thats why we appreciate the input of all players to help keep us right.
Hard though it may be for you to believe, but I do sometimes make mistakes!
Cheers Guys
